Role overview
The Partner Success Manager plays a key role in Smarsh’s Channel Partner ecosystem, supporting the company’s transition from traditional reseller models to a more defined and high-performing partner structure. This position focuses on driving revenue, developing partner capabilities, and protecting revenue streams, all aimed at increasing accountability and scalability throughout the partner lifecycle.
What you will do
- Protect and retain recurring revenue within the partner channel.
- Promote partner health, support renewals, and help partners achieve long-term value.
- Take the lead on the renewal process, with a strong emphasis on partner renewals (projected to be 90% partner renewals and 10% customer renewals by 2026).
- Coordinate structured processes throughout the renewal lifecycle.
- Collaborate with Channel Account Managers and Partner Enablement Managers to ensure clear responsibilities and disciplined execution.
- Apply operational discipline and use data to support forecasting, governance, and risk mitigation.
