Join Our Account Executive Business Team
The Account Executive Business team plays a pivotal role in Zefir's growth strategy, focused on fostering a vibrant community of real estate agents. Our goal is to establish a collaborative real estate marketplace where professionals can thrive.
Every agreement we secure with a seller necessitates the expertise of a local real estate agent, who will manage property visits, pricing strategies, negotiations, and closing deals. The AEB Core Business team is crucial to this process, as we actively source, qualify, onboard, and provide ongoing support to the agents fueling Zefir's marketplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and Recruit Top Agents: Proactively source and connect with high-performing local real estate agents through strategic outreach. Present Zefir's collaborative model, assess agents' performance history, and secure partnerships.
- Agent Onboarding and Training: Lead engaging onboarding sessions for new agents, ensuring they are well-equipped to succeed.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) weekly, including agent sourcing metrics, lead times, and churn rates, contributing to comprehensive team reports.
Additional Responsibilities
- Manage Agent Relationships: Address ongoing inquiries from agents and optimize their profiles to support their success.
- Build Network Intelligence: Cultivate in-depth knowledge of major agent networks, identify resistance patterns, and provide strategic insights to the team.
- Drive Product Adoption: Promote Zefir's suite of products to partner agents, starting with the publication of their listings on Zefir.fr for enhanced visibility.
