As a Partnership Officer at ProgressSoft, you will be instrumental in driving our business expansion by building and nurturing relationships with a broad spectrum of partners. We are seeking an individual who is highly organized, self-motivated, and possesses exceptional relationship management capabilities, along with the capacity to juggle multiple projects effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish a structured, process-oriented methodology for partner outreach and relationship management.
- Design and implement an on-boarding plan and certification program for partners to be completed post enablement and orientation sessions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create and execute joint marketing, sales, and support initiatives.
- Work with senior management, Business Development teams, and Strategy Managers to align internal objectives with new and existing partnerships in LATAM.
- Represent ProgressSoft at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and forge strategic alliances.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts, ensuring they are mutually beneficial and aligned with ProgressSoft's goals.
- Create a comprehensive “Partner Kit” and work with the marketing team to ensure partners receive all necessary materials, including branding guidelines, product summaries, and presentations.
- Coordinate with the Business Development representative for the assigned territory to align on partnership scopes, quotas, products, and exclusivity.
- Sustain ongoing relationships with current partners while exploring new avenues for partnership growth.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with key decision-makers at partner organizations.
- Engage cross-functionally with internal teams such as Business Development, Marketing, Strategy, Product Development, and Operations to support partnership initiatives and achieve results.
- Identify and pursue partnership opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound outreach including cold calls, emails, and client visits in LATAM.
- Proactively seek new partnership opportunities that align with company strategic goals and the needs of the Business Development team, including potentially complementary products.
- Evaluate potential partnerships to determine strategic fit, value proposition, and expected ROI.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies and partners.
- Monitor, measure, and report on the outcomes of various partnership projects, including co-created and/or co-branded content promotions, lead sharing, and event partnerships.
- Assess partnership performance, challenges, and opportunities to provide regular insights and reports to internal stakeholders.
