Responsibilities: Collaborate with leadership to devise a growth strategy that prioritizes both financial success and client satisfaction. Act as the company representative, fostering relationships with clients while employing effective sales strategies to promote growth. Consult with potential clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services. Conduct product research to identify new market opportunities and evolving customer needs. Research prospective companies and prepare sales discussions that demonstrate how Array’s solutions can benefit their business. Deliver engaging customer sales proposals. Maintain sales activity to surpass revenue goals and performance metrics. Participate in industry conferences and trade association meetings. Qualifications: 6+ years of experience in SaaS and B2B sales, particularly within fintech or related sectors. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Proven sales leader with a track record of prospecting new clients, generating leads, and closing sales. Ability to articulate technical products to non-technical audiences effectively. Creative approach to sales and relationship building.
