Your Role
In the role of Partnerships Manager, you will be instrumental in bridging the gap between traditional legal institutions and our cutting-edge AI solutions. You will engage law firms, in-house legal teams, and educational bodies to foster partnerships that go beyond simple transactions, allowing them to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of legal knowledge. You will oversee the complete partnership lifecycle, from initial contact to long-term collaboration, in a position that blends business development with legal acumen and strategic relationship management.
Your Responsibilities
Develop and cultivate strategic partnerships:
Identify and qualify new partnership opportunities with law firms, in-house legal teams, and academic institutions (universities, bar associations).
Manage the entire partnership journey from the initial outreach through to long-term renewal.
Maintain an active pipeline of partnership conversations across the DACH region and beyond.
Drive adoption and enhance engagement:
Work closely with partners to design onboarding processes and support structures that facilitate contributions to Omnilex's AI commentary.
Serve as the main point of contact for partners, understanding their workflows, challenges, and objectives.
Collaborate with the Legal Engineering and Product teams to incorporate contributor feedback into product enhancements.
Craft tailored partnership proposals and business cases that resonate with each institution’s unique context.
