Please Note:
- This position requires candidates to have continuously resided in the UK for the last three years due to enhanced background checks.
What We Offer:
- Competitive pay at £12.72 per hour during training, increasing to £13.15 per hour post x-ray training completion.
- All new hires will undergo two weeks of paid training (full attendance required).
- A minimum commitment of three shifts per week is required, including one weekend day.
- Receive weekly pay every Friday.
- Potential for a temp-to-perm position based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize equipment and manual search methods to prevent prohibited items from entering secure airport areas.
- Conduct regular patrols across airside and landside areas, manage access control, and perform passenger and x-ray screenings.
- Respond to and investigate incidents reported during shifts.
- Document all incidents clearly and accurately.
- Assist in emergency situations as required.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure a high level of satisfaction among airport visitors.
Qualifications:
- Possess a positive, customer-focused attitude aimed at ensuring a pleasant experience for airport visitors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain composed in high-pressure situations.
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail necessary for identifying potential security threats.
- Ability to adapt rapidly to dynamic situations while adhering to strict security protocols.
- Physical fitness to stand for extended periods and perform routine security tasks.
- Proof of National Insurance.

- Successful candidates will need to complete a basic criminal record check in line with CAA requirements after the interview.
