Qualifications
To thrive in this role, you should possess a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in pastry or baking. The bakery operates 7 days a week, with current shifts covering 5 days and featuring early starts. We are looking for candidates who demonstrate:Exceptional pastry and cake decorating skillsFamiliarity with dough preparation and shaping (this is a plus, but not mandatory)A capacity to meet tight deadlinesA willingness to engage in physical workA collaborative spirit within a joyful team environmentA passion for artisanal, handcrafted products
