Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

● Assisting patients via chat, email, and phone to provide a seamless Zocdoc experience
● Utilizing your multitasking skills to manage requests from multiple users simultaneously
● Employing your problem-solving abilities to address patient inquiries and ensure they secure the appointments they require.

You will thrive in this role if you possess:

● Strong initiative, resourcefulness, attention to detail, and a sense of ownership
● Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen focus and the ability to excel both independently and in team settings
● Excellent customer service skills (experience in a service-based environment is advantageous)
● The capacity to quickly learn and excel in a fast-paced work environment
● A genuine passion for enhancing lives through technology is essential.
