We are looking for a skilled Payment Support & Reporting Analyst (m/w/d) to join our team under the Head of IT Backoffice & Reporting. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for complex national and international payment inquiries.
Your responsibilities will include generating accurate analyses, documenting intricate processes, and aiding in the enhancement of our internal systems. As a liaison between various teams and external partners, you will work alongside the development department to optimize processes and contribute actively to efficiency improvements. Your focus will be on data management, identifying areas for improvement, and promoting continuous process optimization.
