Payroll Analyst at SpaceX | Hawthorne, CA

RESPONSIBILITIES:Provide prompt and friendly customer service to employees regarding payroll inquiries. Oversee multiple payroll processes including weekly, bi-weekly, and global payroll, ensuring timely delivery. Assist management with daily planning and special projects. Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and reports regularly. Act as a subject matter expert in designated areas of the payroll process. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s degree.2+ years of payroll experience. Familiarity with UKG and Workday systems. PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:Experience with enterprise-level payroll. Handling payroll for large companies across multiple locations. Understanding of multi-state taxation. Proven track record of growth in previous roles. Experience with payroll processing related to stock transactions. Strong computer skills, particularly in Excel. Ability to analyze large volumes of transactions and data. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Bilingual in Spanish. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:Willingness to work extended hours or weekends to meet deadlines.
