The Payroll Analyst is responsible for the daily management of payroll operations and quality control processes, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely payroll processing for our global clientele. This role encompasses the entire payroll cycle, necessitating collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders, while also driving continuous improvements in payroll methodologies.
- Manage and execute comprehensive payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery for designated employee groups.
- Work in tandem with internal teams and external partners to gather, verify, and process payroll data efficiently.
- Review payroll information, including new hires, terminations, compensation adjustments, and statutory deductions.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and international payroll regulations, as well as company policies.
- Assist in the preparation and dissemination of payroll reports, payslips, and related documents.
- Support payroll audits, address discrepancies, and handle payroll inquiries.
- Contribute to ongoing enhancements of payroll procedures, systems, and controls.
- Maintain the confidentiality and security of all payroll information.
- Engage in payroll projects, system upgrades, and process improvement efforts.
- Offer expertise and support to colleagues and management regarding payroll issues.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with team members and colleagues across the organization.
- Develop effective partnerships with in-country partners and payroll providers to foster collaboration.
- Participate in webinars and training sessions to stay current with best practices relevant to the company and department.
- Complete assigned projects and additional responsibilities as directed by supervisors.
- Proficient in computer operations, including data entry and management across various software platforms.
- Ability to interpret a variety of written materials, including policies and procedures.
