Key Responsibilities:
- Support payroll processing activities to ensure timely and accurate payroll runs.
- Maintain and update payroll dashboards, salary databases, and employee records.
- Conduct payroll checks during onboarding and offboarding processes to facilitate smooth transitions.
- Collaborate with HR, Legal, and local payroll agents to guarantee efficient task processing.
- Monitor compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLA) and manage monthly SLA invoicing.
- Stay updated on payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Assist with payroll audits and address inquiries related to payroll matters.
- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding salaries and payroll issues.
- Work cross-functionally to deliver expert advice on local payroll and HR matters.
- Ensure confidentiality of all payroll-related information.
