The Payroll Team:
The payroll team plays a vital role in managing employee compensation by ensuring accurate salary processing, compliance with regulations, and timely disbursement each pay cycle. This team is responsible for managing statutory obligations such as Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), Professional Tax (PT), income tax, and other regulatory filings, ensuring strict adherence to government guidelines. They act as the primary support channel for employee queries regarding compensation, providing clear guidance and prompt resolutions while maintaining high data accuracy and confidentiality.
The Role:
The Payroll Associate will play an essential role in supporting the end-to-end payroll operations in India, collaborating closely with the Assistant Payroll Manager and Payroll Manager. Responsibilities include ensuring accurate payroll execution, managing timely inputs, coordinating with vendors, maintaining statutory compliance, and preparing payroll reports. This role is crucial for upholding payroll accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence.
