The Role
Reporting to the Senior Asia Finance Manager, the Payroll & Equity Lead will collaborate with external payroll vendors and internal teams to ensure a seamless, accurate, and compliant end-to-end payroll process across six countries: Australia, Korea, Singapore, India, Japan, and China. You will oversee payroll reviews from local service providers, manage payroll payments, handle payroll-related tax filings, address equity-related filings, resolve issues, escalate concerns, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
