Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Proven experience in PCB design, particularly for complex multi-layer boards (20+ layers). Expertise in high-speed routing, including differential pairs and controlled impedance. Strong analytical skills for conducting SI/PI simulations to resolve electromagnetic interference and crosstalk issues. Familiarity with DRC/ERC checks, peer reviews, and design audits, along with collaboration skills for functional validation and prototype development. Proficiency in producing fabrication deliverables including Gerber files and assembly drawings.

As a PCB Designer within the Starship team, you will take the lead in creating layouts for our custom in-house circuit boards. This role requires close collaboration with Hardware Development Engineers to refine schematics, provide insights during design reviews, and iterate on designs to achieve optimal solutions. You will work on a diverse array of projects, from radio phased arrays to power converters and beyond.
