About The Role:

We seek a talented Systems Engineer to support our Public Sector initiatives, focusing on creating secure, distributed, and resilient AI infrastructures. Ideal candidates will be well-versed in Peer-to-Peer (P2P) systems. A strong understanding of decentralized and distributed systems is essential, particularly in environments that prioritize trustless interactions. Experience with technologies resembling IPFS or torrents is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize backend programming languages to design and implement synchronization and networking systems that facilitate reliable AI operations across diverse environments, including edge devices and isolated government systems, while ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and data privacy.

  • Develop robust data synchronization frameworks using advanced techniques such as content addressable storage, Merkle trees, CRDTs, and erasure coding.

  • Lead efforts in performance tuning, debugging, and optimizing distributed software under resource-constrained and intermittently connected conditions.

  • Implement security-first designs through thorough threat modeling, secure key management, and integration of cryptographic principles and protocols.
