prime-system seeks a People Experience Specialist for a full-time position in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan. The working hours are 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM PKT. This role centers on fostering a positive workplace culture, supporting employee engagement, and helping maintain a healthy work environment. The People Experience Specialist plays an important part in shaping employee experiences and ensuring HR initiatives align with business goals.

Main responsibilities

  • Design and implement employee experience programs throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding.
  • Lead engagement efforts by organizing surveys, managing feedback channels, and launching targeted programs to improve satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to nurture a high-performance, inclusive workplace.
  • Analyze employee feedback and HR data to identify trends and suggest practical improvements.
  • Oversee onboarding processes to help new hires integrate smoothly.
  • Support learning, development, and well-being activities for employees.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies, communication strategies, and programs that enhance employee experience.
  • Serve as a main contact for employee questions, resolving issues promptly and positively.
  • Organize internal events, recognition programs, and activities that strengthen company culture.
  • Ensure all people experience efforts reflect company values and objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3 to 6 years of experience in HR, employee experience, or organizational development.
  • Strong understanding of employee engagement, workplace culture, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfort working with HR data and feedback using an analytical approach.
  • Familiarity with HR tools, surveys, and engagement platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
