prime-system is hiring a People Experience Specialist for a full-time position based in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan. This role works from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM PKT. The People Experience Specialist focuses on building a positive workplace culture, increasing employee engagement, and supporting a healthy work environment. The position plays a key part in shaping employee experiences and aligning HR initiatives with business goals.
Main Responsibilities
- Design and implement employee experience programs across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding.
- Lead engagement efforts through surveys, feedback channels, and targeted programs to improve satisfaction.
- Work closely with HR and business leaders to nurture a high-performance, inclusive workplace.
- Review employee feedback and HR data to spot trends and recommend practical improvements.
- Oversee onboarding to help new hires integrate smoothly.
- Support learning, development, and well-being activities.
- Develop and maintain HR policies, communication strategies, and programs that enhance employee experience.
- Act as a main contact for employee questions, resolving issues quickly and positively.
- Organize internal events, recognition programs, and activities to strengthen company culture.
- Ensure all people experience efforts align with company values and objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 3-6 years of experience in HR, employee experience, or organizational development.
- Strong knowledge of employee engagement, workplace culture, and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Comfort interpreting HR data and feedback with an analytical approach.
- Familiarity with HR tools, surveys, and engagement platforms is a plus.
- Ability to manage several initiatives at once and adapt to changing priorities.
