Role Overview:
As a People Intern, you will be an integral part of our People team, assisting in various HR functions that shape our company culture and talent acquisition strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the People team in managing the talent acquisition process, including candidate screening and interview scheduling.
- Enhance employee engagement and satisfaction through planning events and recognition programs that align with our company culture and values.
- Contribute to nurturing a vibrant company culture as AlGooru expands.
A Day in the Life:
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
- Post job openings across multiple platforms.
- Screen applications to identify top candidates.
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and panels.
- Conduct introductory calls to gauge candidate interest and fit.
- Maintain relationships with recruitment agencies.
- Assist with onboarding to ensure new hires have the resources they need.
People Operations:
- Provide administrative support for maintaining personnel records.
- Address inquiries from candidates, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Help prepare surveys to assess talent satisfaction and engagement.
- Analyze feedback and assist in developing action plans for improving workplace culture.
- Evaluate and suggest improvements to enhance employee satisfaction.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees.
People Culture Initiatives:
- Assist in organizing company-wide activities such as quarterly celebrations and team-building events.
- Support planning and execution of company retreats.
