About the Role

We are seeking a People Operations and Data Analyst to enhance our data utilization, systems, and AI integration within the People team. This pivotal role merges the realms of People operations, data analytics, generative AI, and technology, where you will manage people analytics, streamline operational processes, and harness AI tools for more efficient decision-making.

You will collaborate with stakeholders from People, Finance, and various business units to provide valuable insights, enhance processes, and ensure our People operations are conducted seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage People Data & AI Reporting:
    • Create and maintain AI-driven People dashboards focusing on hiring, attrition, compensation, and recruitment metrics.
    • Standardize reporting metrics across various functions.
    • Transition from descriptive to predictive reporting, utilizing AI for attrition forecasting and compensation modeling.
    • Integrate our People systems (ATS, HRIS, Culture) with AI tools that refine raw data into actionable insights.
    • Identify and implement opportunities to automate manual processes using AI solutions.
    • Utilize AI agents to ensure data accuracy and consistency across HR systems.
    • Act as a bridge between complex data and business outcomes, preparing visualizations for QBR and Board meetings that elucidate the rationale behind our metrics.
  • Implement and Deploy AI Solutions in People Operations:
    • Lead the integration of AI applications within the People organization to enhance operational efficiency.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that leverage AI for improved People insights.
