We are in search of a meticulous and organized individual to join our People Operations team as we enhance our HR document management system. In this capacity, you will be the principal architect of our centralized record-keeping framework, ensuring the accurate transition of employee documents from various formats into Workday.
Your goal is to develop a "single source of truth" for our employee files, managing high-volume data organization while maintaining a steadfast commitment to data privacy and compliance. Reporting directly to the People Operations Team Lead, you will bridge the gap between HR and IT, ensuring that our digital files are secure, searchable, and seamlessly integrated into our daily operations.
