Role overview

The People Operations Intern will support daily HR activities. This position centers on onboarding new hires, managing employee records, and working with other teams to help create a positive employee experience.

What you will do

  • Guide new employees through the full onboarding process
  • Prepare and manage employment contracts and related paperwork
  • Communicate with new hires to keep onboarding tasks on track
  • Keep onboarding trackers and employee records up to date
  • Work with internal teams, such as Growth, to support onboarding and communication
  • Check HR data and documentation for accuracy and organization

Location

This internship is remote and open to candidates based in Pakistan.
