Sierra-Cedar is in search of a dynamic and skilled PeopleSoft Absence Management Functional Lead. This position mandates 100% travel, with projects executed at Sierra-Cedar client sites across the nation, typically involving four 10-hour workdays each week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver expert PeopleSoft Absence Management consulting services, guiding clients through the complete systems development lifecycle.
- Engage in all phases of PeopleSoft Absence Management projects, including fit/gap analysis, configuration, and testing.
- Support clients in seamlessly integrating the PeopleSoft Absence Management system into their existing business frameworks while offering insights on best practices.
- Advise clients on options, risks, and the implications for other processes or systems.
- Customize the PeopleSoft Absence Management system to align with each client's specific business needs.
- Complete tasks effectively and on schedule.
- Communicate progress updates to clients and project managers regularly.
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the delivery of PeopleSoft Absence Management solutions.
- Share expertise to refine implementation methodologies.
