Essential Qualifications:
- Over 10 years of extensive experience with various versions of PeopleSoft and PeopleTools across multiple HCM modules
- Demonstrated history as a HCM Techno-Functional Lead on at least 5 implementation and/or upgrade projects
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with the PeopleSoft North American Payroll module, encompassing implementation, design, and customization
- Solid understanding of PeopleSoft HCM applications version 9.2 and PeopleSoft Tools version 8.54
- Proficient in the implementation, design, configuration, and customization of PeopleSoft Garnishment, Payroll, and Workers Compensation modules
- Comprehensive full life-cycle support experience, including requirements gathering, fit/gap analysis, design, development, quality assurance, documentation, testing, training, production stabilization, and implementation planning
- Ability to construct detailed application flows for core business processes and develop functional designs for application customizations/enhancements, including interfaces and reports
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and PS/Query for effective data review, troubleshooting, and validation of source system data
- Exceptional written communication skills, with experience in creating functional specifications, design documents, training materials, and test scripts
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, capable of presenting to groups and collaborating with staff and management
- Proven ability to assess configuration options to take full advantage of PeopleSoft's built-in functionality
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Report Distribution Tools such as VISTA Plus and LRS products
- Experience working on enterprise-wide, large-scale implementations
- Ability to thrive in a matrix environment
- Experience with the CA Scheduler Tool
