The CIH Inventory & Leads Program is the primary driver for capturing and converting high-intent consumer traffic into successful real estate transactions. By forming strategic alliances with Redfin.com and Rocket Mortgage, the program offers a diversified stream of leads to agents, including high-volume web inquiries and “finance-first” pre-qualified buyers.
As a Performance Advisor, you will be instrumental in enhancing agent conversion performance by utilizing data, offering coaching, and ensuring accountability to turn demand into closed deals. You will collaborate closely with participating agents and field leadership to strengthen the way agents engage, nurture, and convert inbound leads. This is a performance-oriented position at the nexus of agent success, product adoption, and revenue growth, ensuring that agents consistently adhere to best practices and program expectations.
Primary Objective
To boost conversion rates and revenue results by refining agent behavior, increasing tool adoption, and optimizing execution throughout the consumer lifecycle.
Core Responsibilities
1. Agent Performance Coaching & Accountability
- Collaborate directly with agents to enhance performance across the entire conversion funnel.
- Provide direct, actionable coaching based on actual performance metrics.
- Reinforce consistent application of performance frameworks.
- Ensure agents meet program standards and expectations through lead allocation mechanisms and disengagement strategies.
2. Performance Management & Optimization
- Oversee agent performance across essential metrics.
- Identify performance gaps and devise targeted improvement plans.
- Monitor progress and adapt coaching strategies based on outcomes.
- Work alongside Sales Managers to tackle persistent underperformance issues.
3. Product & Workflow Adoption
- Encourage the use of Compass and partner tools that significantly impact conversion rates.
- Ensure agents utilize tools effectively to provide a superior client experience.
- Link product usage to performance results.
4. Market-Level Insights & Diagnostics
- Analyze market trends to provide insights that inform agent strategies.
