Program Overview

Role Overview: Performance Advisor (Chicago)

The Performance Advisor helps agents improve conversion rates by using data, coaching, and accountability to turn demand into closed deals. This role works closely with agents and field leadership to strengthen lead engagement, nurturing, and conversion. The position sits at the intersection of agent success, product adoption, and revenue growth, ensuring agents follow best practices and program standards.

Primary Objective

Increase conversion rates and revenue by optimizing agent behavior, tool adoption, and execution throughout the consumer lifecycle.

Core Responsibilities

  • Agent Performance Coaching & Accountability
    • Work directly with agents to improve performance across the conversion funnel.
    • Deliver actionable coaching based on real performance data.
    • Reinforce consistent use of performance frameworks.
    • Hold agents accountable to program standards and expectations, using lead allocation and disengagement strategies.
  • Performance Management & Optimization
    • Track agent performance using key indicators.
    • Spot performance gaps and create targeted improvement plans.
    • Monitor progress and adjust coaching based on results.
    • Work with Sales Managers to address ongoing underperformance.
  • Product & Workflow Adoption
    • Encourage use of Compass and partner tools that impact conversion rates.
    • Ensure agents use tools effectively for a strong client experience.
    • Connect product usage to performance outcomes.
  • Market-Level Insights & Diagnostics
    • Collect and analyze market-level data to guide strategies.
    • Share actionable insights to improve agent performance.
