Who We Seek:
We are on the lookout for dedicated professionals with strong analytical and problem-solving skills who are enthusiastic about ensuring system reliability and optimizing performance. The ideal candidate will be adept at working collaboratively while continuously monitoring system performance and identifying improvement opportunities. As a Performance Engineer, your focus will be on monitoring system metrics and proactively addressing alerts to maintain stable, efficient, and reliable system operations.
What You’ll Do:
- Design and implement performance testing strategies to validate and optimize system performance and scalability.
- Analyze and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks across multi-tier systems, including backend services, databases, and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, infrastructure, DevOps) to enhance system efficiency and ensure effective data handling.
- Engage with core infrastructure components such as Kubernetes, Kafka, and databases.
