Performance Marketing Manager
Location: London | Employment Type: Full-time (Four days in our Waterloo office, Wednesday is our remote working day)

Reporting directly to the Head of Growth Marketing, your contributions will be vital in accelerating acquisition, enhancing efficiency, and discovering new scalable growth channels.
The Opportunity
At GetGround, our goal is to be the go-to platform for property investors, and product-led growth is key to this ambition. Your role will focus on maximizing the performance of our paid media, one of our most critical growth drivers.
You will collaborate closely with Growth, Product, Design, and Engineering teams to pinpoint high-impact opportunities, craft strategic experiments, and consistently enhance performance across the customer journey, from initial engagement to conversion.
This role entails significant ownership with a considerable budget responsibility, allowing you the freedom to experiment, learn, and scale successful strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Media Management
Develop, execute, and optimize the paid acquisition strategy across platforms including Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.
Oversee budgets to maximize returns while ensuring a balance between scale and efficiency.
Identify new channel opportunities and create a compelling business case for investments.
Ensure robust account structures and maintain campaign hygiene to support sustainable performance.
Performance Analysis & Optimization
Regularly analyze campaign performance to uncover trends, inefficiencies, and growth avenues.
Drive continuous experimentation across creatives, landing pages, targeting, bidding strategies, and different stages of the funnel.
Translate analytical data into clear, actionable insights for the broader growth team.
Experimentation & Growth Enablement
Design and implement structured experiments to unlock incremental growth opportunities.
