Role: Performance Marketing Manager

Reporting to: Media/Activation Lead

 

Job Overview:

We are on the lookout for a dedicated Performance Marketing Manager specializing in platform activation across Social, Search, and Programmatic media. This pivotal role requires the implementation of media strategies, campaign optimization, data analysis, and alignment of media initiatives with defined objectives. The ideal candidate will possess robust technical knowledge of biddable media platforms, with a strong focus on client interaction and effective communication regarding tactical plans and performance metrics. Collaboration with internal teams, including strategic planners, performance media buyers, and analytics experts, will be essential.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the planning team to craft media plans across Social, Search, and Programmatic platforms, ensuring consistency with global, regional, and local strategies.
  • Oversee and optimize ongoing campaigns in partnership with the buying team to maximize performance and efficiency.
  • Track and report on campaign performance, offering insights and recommendations for future strategies.
  • Work alongside the analytics and media buying teams to interpret data and refine strategies as necessary.
  • Manage budgets and timelines for media campaigns across various platforms.
