The Pharmacy Call Center Technician plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service to both members and healthcare providers. Under the supervision of the Pharmacy Services Call Center Supervisor, you will engage with callers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information regarding pharmacy benefits and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls and correspondence related to pharmacy matters from healthcare providers and members, documenting interactions in the inquiry tracking system.
- Utilize established protocols to ensure accurate and clear resolutions, while advocating for customer needs.
- Conduct preliminary research on pharmacy issues, reviewing plan information and escalating complex claims to higher-level staff as necessary.
- Support network pharmacists in processing prescription claims, ensuring compliance with contract guidelines.
Available Shifts:
- 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM, Monday to Friday
- 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday
- 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM, Tuesday to Saturday
- 12:30 PM – 9:00 PM, Monday to Friday
- 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Tuesday to Saturday
