We are in search of a dedicated Pharmacy Technician to serve as a Pharmacy Liaison within a hospital clinic or office, focusing on enhancing patient support with medication adherence and tailored pharmacy services.
Location: Portland, OR
Your Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clinic teams to provide hands-on patient care.
- Educate patients on pharmacy services and assist with both specialty and retail prescriptions.
- Manage refill reminders, address insurance issues, and facilitate financial assistance.
- Ensure accurate documentation and contribute to continual process enhancements.

Qualifications:
- Must be a state-registered Pharmacy Technician; CPhT certification preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience as a pharmacy technician; High School Diploma or GED required.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and technical skills.
- A strong sense of empathy, integrity, and a commitment to teamwork.
