Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate technical interviews and evaluations for PHP developer roles to assess candidates' coding capabilities, problem-solving skills, and expertise in PHP and associated technologies.
- Work closely with recruitment teams to craft and enhance interview questions and assessment methodologies that align with the specific requirements of PHP developer positions.
- Deliver thorough and constructive feedback regarding candidates' technical skills and potential cultural compatibility to hiring managers and the recruitment team.
- Keep abreast of the latest developments in PHP and its frameworks to uphold a high standard in technical interviewing.
Qualifications:
- Significant experience in PHP development, with a solid understanding of prominent PHP frameworks such as Laravel, Symfony, or Zend.
- Prior experience in technical interviewing, mentoring, or a related role is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and accessible manner.
- Professional demeanor and the capability to provide impartial and constructive feedback to candidates.
- Familiarity with additional programming languages is a bonus.
