Role Overview:
- As a Physical Therapy Technician, you will support licensed Physical and Occupational Therapists in delivering high-quality patient care while adhering to state regulations and company policies.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a keen attention to detail are essential for ensuring a smooth and effective patient experience.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Preparing treatment areas and equipment for patient sessions.
- Assisting and monitoring patients as they engage in prescribed therapy exercises, while documenting their progress.
- Administering basic treatments, such as applying ice packs and heat pads as directed.
- Ensuring cleanliness and sanitation of therapy spaces and equipment, including washing linens.
- Handling administrative duties, such as patient intake, responding to phone inquiries, and scheduling appointments.
- Completing additional tasks as assigned.
