Key Responsibilities

Set up treatment areas and prepare equipment before patient sessions.
Assist or supervise patients during therapy exercises, noting their responses as instructed.
Carry out routine treatments such as applying ice packs or heat pads under therapist supervision.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of equipment and therapy spaces, including laundering linens.
Handle administrative tasks, including patient intake, answering phones, and scheduling appointments.
Support other clinic needs as assigned.
