Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Prepare equipment and treatment areas for patient use. Assist or observe patients during prescribed therapy exercises and document their responses. Administer basic treatments such as applying ice packs and heat pads as directed. Maintain cleanliness by sanitizing equipment and therapy areas, and laundering linens. Handle administrative tasks including patient intake, answering calls, and scheduling appointments. Perform additional tasks as assigned. Qualifications:Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent. Strong customer service and communication skills are essential. Ability to stay organized and multitask effectively. Proficient in computer usage and quick to learn new software.
