Experience with large-scale projects, particularly in the data center or high-tech industrial sectors. Strong understanding of construction methodologies, sequencing, and planning processes. Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or Asta Powerproject; familiarity with BIM/digital construction tools is highly desirable. Exceptional analytical and logical thinking abilities, with a solid grasp of programming techniques and typical production rates. Outstanding communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex planning concepts effectively.
