As a pivotal member of our Finance and Manufacturing teams, the Plant Controller plays a critical role in ensuring that our manufacturing plants maintain a robust accounting and control environment. This role demands a highly analytical mindset and the ability to communicate compelling narratives, making you an invaluable business partner to the Plant Manager and their team. Your financial and operational leadership will empower the plant to reach new performance heights.

With a deep understanding of accounting principles and comprehensive accounting processes, you will uphold excellence within the plant while ensuring compliance with GAAP, SOX, and company policies. Collaborating with peer plant controllers, you will provide insights on accounting best practices and operational improvements driven by financial analysis. You thrive in a team environment, sharing knowledge and learning from others, while maintaining a swift pace without sacrificing quality and integrity.

In this role, you will oversee a team of accountants, buyers, and administrative staff, being accountable for the manufacturing accounting environment. Your key stakeholders will include plant management, manufacturing leadership, and group controllership. We seek a candidate who is naturally curious, possesses analytical rigor, and demonstrates a strategic thought process, alongside a strong foundation in accounting and SOX compliance. Your adaptability, motivation, and communication skills will be essential as you drive continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Manufacturing, you will actively collaborate with the Group Controllership and Plant Controllers to achieve collective goals.
