Role Overview
We are seeking a talented Platform Engineer to enhance and expand the infrastructure supporting our virtual AI laboratory. This position is hands-on and requires a dynamic approach to problem-solving; you will be debugging Kubernetes one moment and refining system architecture the next, while ensuring seamless production deployment.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate and optimize Kubernetes clusters (including GPU workloads)
- Own and manage cloud infrastructure and infrastructure as code
- Support machine learning training and inference pipelines
- Oversee CI/CD processes, observability, and deployments
- Manage databases, storage solutions, and migrations
- Develop automation scripts using Python and Bash
- Collaborate closely with machine learning, backend, and product teams
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in platform engineering, DevOps, or infrastructure management
- Proficiency in Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Strong programming skills in Python
- Experience with CI/CD, database management, and infrastructure as code
- Comfortable troubleshooting production systems
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects with a collaborative mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with GPU workloads and machine learning infrastructure
- Experience with observability tools such as Prometheus and Grafana
- Knowledge of security and compliance standards (SOC2, HIPAA)
- Background in biotech or pharmaceutical industries
