The company operates a global fleet of autonomous robots and provides around-the-clock support, helping logistics businesses gain new perspectives on their operations. Role overview The Forward Deployed Engineer serves as a bridge within Dexory’s engineering group, facilitating collaboration between teams and acting as the company’s representative in customer environments. As one of the first in this position at Dexory, this person will influence how the function evolves as the company grows. What you will do Collaborate with customers during new deployments, from initial setup through troubleshooting. Analyze telemetry data, robot logs, and AWS infrastructure to identify and resolve issues. Work with point cloud data and robotics tools such as Grafana to investigate technical problems. Document recurring technical issues and share structured insights with engineering teams to improve system reliability. Assist customers with WMS and network integration, and answer questions about robot operations and perception configuration. Requirements Strong technical curiosity and an investigative mindset for problem-solving. Ability to work with complex systems and quickly learn new tools. No prior experience in robotics or logistics required; domain knowledge is gained on the job through close collaboration with engineering teams. Location Verda Park

The Senior Front End Developer will join the Platform Engineering team, which develops internal tools, maintains infrastructure, and delivers special projects supporting robotic fleets and data pipelines. Role overview This position focuses on building front-end features that interact with 3D environments and handle real-time video streams. The work involves deploying web technologies on hardware devices and edge environments, often solving unique technical challenges. Location and work policy The team is based at Verda Park in Wallingford, Oxfordshire. Dexory offers a flexible remote work policy, with on-site presence required about once every 4 to 6 weeks.
