What We Are Seeking: We are on the lookout for a Platform Engineering Team Lead to spearhead the development of our platform infrastructure and shared services.
Your Responsibilities: As the Platform Engineering Team Lead at Semperis, you will guide a talented team in creating and optimizing the foundational platforms that drive our products. Collaboration with product teams, infrastructure architects, and engineering leaders will be essential in defining and executing our platform strategy.
Deliver technical leadership and guidance in platform architecture, design patterns, and code reviews.
Monitor team development processes, ensuring accountability for platform service delivery, reliability, quality, and timelines.
Establish high-quality standards for platform services while exploring technical solutions to meet current and future demands.
Lead the design and implementation of shared platform components, APIs, and infrastructure services.
Promote platform adoption across engineering teams and establish best practices for platform usage.
Take responsibility for the growth and development of your team members through mentorship and career guidance.
Your Qualifications:
Over 3 years of experience in leading engineering teams, particularly in platform or infrastructure domains.
More than 5 years of experience as a backend developer.
In-depth knowledge of at least one of C#, . Net, or . Net Core.
Extensive experience with distributed systems, microservices architecture, and API design patterns.
Proficient in multithreading, object-oriented programming, and asynchronous patterns.
Comprehensive experience in designing, executing, and delivering platform services and shared infrastructure.
