About Us:
At SenseSational Learning Group, we are a dedicated ABA practice owned by BCBAs, specializing in play-based, naturalistic therapy tailored for neurodivergent children. Our approach emphasizes meaningful skill-building through engaging activities in various settings such as homes, schools, and community spaces—without the use of table drills. We are growing thoughtfully, seeking compassionate, observant, and playful individuals to enhance our team.
Your Role:
Deliver personalized 1:1 support to children utilizing play-based ABA strategies.
Conduct sessions in homes and community venues (parks, libraries, schools).
Implement individualized treatment plans developed by our BCBA team.
Gather data and provide updates on progress to families and supervisors.
Foster authentic relationships with children and their families.
Schedule & Availability:
Flexible hours ranging from 15-30 hours per week (part-time or full-time).
Availability for at least two evenings per week (4:00-7:00 PM), Monday through Friday.
Additional morning and afternoon shifts available.
Flexible scheduling to accommodate school or other obligations.
Requirements:
Dependable transportation to reach homes and community locations punctually.
Completion of the 40-hour RBT training (or willingness to complete before starting).
Prior experience working with children is essential.
Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Capability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain physically active with children.
