Ce rôle essentiel consiste à définir, concevoir et superviser l’architecture fonctionnelle de nos solutions PLM, intégrées dans un écosystème industriel moderne, connecté et axé sur les données.Mission principaleVous serez responsable de la cohérence, de la performance et de l'évolution du système PLM dans un environnement complexe, intégrant CAO/DAO, MES, ERP, solutions IoT, jumeaux numériques et chaînes digitales intégrales. L'architecte fonctionnel agira comme un lien crucial entre les équipes métier, techniques et les intégrateurs afin d'assurer une gestion efficace du cycle de vie des produits.ResponsabilitésArchitecture & ConceptionÉtablir l’architecture fonctionnelle du PLM dans le cadre de l’Industrie 4.0.Assurer la cohérence des flux entre PLM, MES, ERP, IoT Platform, outils de simulation, CAD/CAE.Modéliser les processus métiers (Ingénierie, Fabrication, Qualité, Chaîne d'approvisionnement…).Identifier et formaliser les besoins fonctionnels des métiers.Orienter les choix architecturaux et techniques.Intégration & InteropérabilitéDéfinir les interfaces et les échanges de données (BOM, BOP, MBOM, EBOM, documents, exigences).Superviser les intégrations PLM ↔ MES selon ISA-95.Gérer l’interfaçage avec les solutions 3D, MCO, IIoT, Digital Twin.Vérifier la conformité aux normes de qualité, cybersécurité et gouvernance des données.Pilotage de projetConduire des ateliers métiers et animer les décisions architecturales.Analyser les impacts fonctionnels, rédiger des spécifications et valider les conceptions techniques.Encadrer les intégrateurs, éditeurs et équipes internes.Superviser les phases de tests, de recette, de déploiement et d'accompagnement au changement.Support & Amélioration continueSupport de niveau expert sur les processus PLM.Proposer des axes d’optimisation fonctionnelle et digitale.Réaliser une veille technologique dans le contexte de l'industrie 4.0 (IA, IoT, AR/VR, simulation, automatisation).
