We are looking for a Plumbing Design Project Manager to join our vibrant MEP+L Systems engineering team. In this role, you will engage in a culture that emphasizes collaboration, technical mastery, and ongoing professional development. The successful candidate will work on diverse projects, partnering with cross-disciplinary teams across our studios in California and Texas to deliver high-performance, community-centric designs.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and oversight of comprehensive plumbing drawings for schematic design, design development, and construction documentation in collaboration with internal teams, architects, clients, and consultants.
Direct plumbing design initiatives and coordinate with other disciplines to establish requirements for plumbing systems, equipment, and materials throughout the project lifecycle.
Oversee the design of fire protection systems in compliance with the Authority Having Jurisdiction.
Demonstrate a thorough understanding of design standards and code requirements pertaining to plumbing and fire protection systems.
Contribute to diverse projects of varying scales and complexities, including large-scale undertakings that incorporate emerging industry technologies.
Develop innovative plumbing design solutions utilizing sound judgment; assess alternative options and implement effective strategies.
