Minimum Qualifications:ABET-accredited Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Architectural Engineering. At least 3 years of relevant experience in plumbing engineering. Completion of the Fundamentals of Engineering exam. Proficiency in Revit software. Basic experience in engineering calculations and plumbing system design. Familiarity with plumbing, mechanical, fire, and building codes. Preferred Qualifications:Proficiency in AutoCAD and NavisWorks. Advanced knowledge of plumbing system design and performance criteria.

Join CRB as a Plumbing Engineer II, where you will collaborate with seasoned engineers to develop and refine plumbing deliverables. This role demands a proactive individual capable of managing multiple intermediate-level tasks as assigned by senior engineering staff. You will play a vital role in all phases of design, from planning and feasibility to detailed design and construction administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients and external partners to ensure project alignment.

  • Assist in creating construction drawing packages and drafting specifications for basic projects under supervision.

  • Contribute to quality assurance through squad checks and deliverable reviews.

  • Mentor Plumbing Designer I team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

  • Support project system design programming and master planning with guidance from Lead or Senior Engineers.

  • Manage multiple intermediate tasks effectively, maintaining project timelines and quality.

  • Assist in drafting and developing fire protection performance criteria drawings.

  • Delegate basic tasks to Entry-Level and Design staff to ensure efficient workflow.

  • Provide support during construction activities, including RFI responses, submittal reviews, and punch list development.

  • Enhance coordination skills across disciplines and manage deliverables effectively.
