Advanced degree in social sciences, economics, or a related field. Proven experience in policy analysis or research, preferably in an international context. Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret complex data. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and preferably in French. Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
