About the Role
We are on the lookout for a detail-oriented and proactive Post-Installation Operations Specialist to oversee the concluding phases of our battery deployment projects. In this pivotal role, you will act as the main liaison for scheduling inspections, managing documentation required by authorities and utilities, and coordinating with our field service teams. Your contributions will significantly enhance our operational efficiencies and support Base Power's expansion.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate and schedule post-installation inspections with relevant Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs) and utility companies.
- Ensure timely documentation and photo uploads to various inspection platforms.
- Arrange field service appointments in collaboration with customers and internal teams to resolve post-installation issues.
- Maintain proactive communication with customers to keep them informed throughout the post-installation process.
- Track, analyze, and report on inspection success rates, highlighting improvement opportunities.
- Evaluate field service resolution times, ensuring efficiency and high customer satisfaction.
- Lead the utility interconnection agreement process to secure Permission to Operate (PTO) for completed installations.
- Keep meticulous records of inspection schedules, field service activities, and PTO statuses.
- Identify and implement process enhancements to streamline post-installation workflows.
