Provide technical support for sales by analyzing customer requirements and deriving suitable software solutions.Conduct practical, solution-oriented technical product presentations, demonstrations, and workshops.Establish and maintain long-term business relationships, particularly in the timber construction and building sectors.Develop a trusted technical advisory role with our clients throughout the decision-making process.Regularly communicate the progress of ongoing sales and project initiatives to internal stakeholders.

Architect, develop, and deploy innovative platform solutions that improve the reliability, security, and scalability of our Database Platform infrastructure.Offer expert technical guidance in AWS cloud infrastructure, networking, CI/CD, and security for cloud-based solutions.Mentor and nurture team members, promoting a culture of knowledge sharing, technical excellence, and continuous improvement.Actively participate in defining the team's strategy, roadmap, and architectural direction.Lead incident management and troubleshooting initiatives, ensuring a stable and reliable operational environment.Establish, implement, and maintain comprehensive observability solutions (metrics, logging, tracing) to ensure the Platform consistently meets its availability targets.

Contribute to the design and enhancement of CI/CD pipelines across diverse teams and repositories.Manage and optimize our development tools landscape, including Azure DevOps, GitHub Enterprise, and SonarQube.Assist in the standardization of pipelines, templates, and workflows to elevate developer experience and software quality.Support the integration of quality gates, security checks, and automated testing into CI/CD processes.Collaborate with development teams to diagnose pipeline issues and enhance build reliability.Facilitate the migration and integration of repositories, pipelines, and tools within the SYSTABUILD group.Create documentation for tools, processes, and best practices to empower development teams with self-service capabilities.Engage in continuous learning and development toward more advanced DevOps and platform engineering roles.

As a Platform Database Engineer specializing in NoSQL and graph database solutions, you will design, implement, and manage innovative data solutions as part of our central platform.You will assume technical ownership of graph data models and develop complex query patterns to address highly interconnected domains.In this role, you will plan and execute migrations from traditional relational databases or file-based data storage to modern NoSQL and graph databases.Collaboration with backend engineering teams is key to seamlessly integrate our database solutions into existing and new backend services.Your expertise will help evaluate and choose the best NoSQL and graph database technologies tailored for various products and platform use cases.You will ensure the performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability of our database solutions in a live production environment.Contributing to platform architecture decisions, establishing technical standards, and promoting best practices will be part of your responsibilities.Support product teams by providing guidance, conducting reviews, and engaging in hands-on collaboration.

Identify potential clients in the timber construction sector, including timber companies, carpentry businesses, prefabrication companies, and construction planning offices.Actively reach out and present our software solution to attract new clients.Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients by understanding their unique requirements and needs to provide tailored solutions and enhance customer engagement.Conduct product presentations and training sessions at client locations or industry-specific trade shows and events to showcase the benefits of our software solutions in timber construction.Implement and adapt an effective sales strategy to meet the revenue goals established for the region and drive growth within the assigned sales territory.Regularly report on sales activities, client feedback, and market trends to the sales management team at SEMA.Sales and support for industry-specific educational institutions to foster talent development.Collaborate closely with the internal sales team to efficiently handle customer inquiries, proposals, and orders. Take ownership of the product vision, roadmap, and backlog within the timber construction ERP sector.Lead the discovery process with customers and internal teams by identifying challenges, validating solutions, and establishing success metrics.Define Epics and User Stories with clear acceptance criteria to guide the development process.Design and manage the integration of interfaces across ERP, MES, and CAD systems.Develop a comprehensive product strategy toolkit, including Ideal Customer Profiles, personas, empathy maps, Business Model Canvas, Value Proposition Canvas, and Impact Mapping to align epics with desired outcomes.Work within a scaled agile framework (SAFe) to prepare PI objectives, manage cross-team dependencies, and maintain transparency.Establish key performance indicators focused on outcomes (such as adoption, time-to-value, quality, and cycle time) to influence prioritization.
