About the Role:

In this role, you will lead the enhancement of our High Voltage Electric Propulsion System production, which is integral to our eVTOL aircraft. This position involves overseeing one of the most technically advanced and automated manufacturing systems within our facility.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Direct the development of End-of-Line (EOL) and in-process testing protocols for High Voltage batteries and electric motors, focusing on performance, safety, and system integration.
  • Architect and implement manufacturing test strategies, including hipot, insulation resistance, winding verification, electromagnetic performance, and Energy Storage Systems (ESS).
  • Specify, validate, and commission production test equipment, ensuring successful installation, Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), and production readiness.
  • Program, maintain, and optimize Automated Test Equipment (ATE), including test sequences, pass/fail logic, and data collection systems.
