As an integral member of the Candid Health team, you will step into the role of Technical Solutions Consultant, acting as a key strategic ally to our Sales department. This position places you at the forefront of our expansion, working closely with significant prospective clients to effectively showcase how Candid's unique solutions address their revenue cycle challenges. You will be pivotal in establishing the essential frameworks – including processes, tools, and knowledge – that will empower our entire Sales force. Key Responsibilities
Collaborate directly with our Sales team to engage and secure our largest and most strategic enterprise clients by aligning their business goals with Candid's capabilities.
Develop and present compelling product demonstrations that illustrate the transformative impact of Candid's solutions.
Conduct thorough value analyses for potential clients to provide insightful perspectives on the benefits of Candid's offerings.
Work in partnership with Product, Delivery, and RCM teams to understand the pain points of prospective customers and assist in formulating effective implementation strategies.
Educate and empower our Sales team with a deep understanding of our product's value proposition, enhancing their ability to sell confidently and effectively.
As one of the pioneering members of the Solutions Consultant team, help cultivate a group dedicated to creating impactful healthcare solutions.
