Role Profile
As a Preconstruction Manager, you will oversee commercial interior fit-out projects from the initial client meeting through the pre-contract phase. Your responsibilities will encompass working on design development, estimating, technical evaluations, assembling documentation for tenders, and contract agreements, culminating in handing over to the Delivery team who will execute the build process thereafter.
